ኢትዮ ቪክትሪ ኮሌጅ ደብረ ብርሃን ካምፓስ በ2017 ዓ/ም በማስተር ካርድ ፋውንዴሽን ድጋፍ ሰጪነት እና በአጋር ተቋማት አስተባባሪነት ማለትም ኢንትርፕሪነርሺፕ ልማት ኢንስቲትዩት (Entrepreneurship Development Institute) እና American College of Technology ለኮሌጁ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ስልጠና 374 ተመራቂ ሰልጣኞች ከታህሳስ 11-15/2017 ዓ/ም ለተከታታይ አራት ቀናት ስልጠና ሲሰጥ ቆይቷል፡፡ የስልጠናው አላማም ተመራቂ ተማሪዎች በስራ ፈጠራ፣ Employability Skill እና Digital Literacy ላይ ያላቸውን ግንዛቤ ከፍ ማድረግ እና መደበኛ የስልጠና ጊዜያቸውን ካጠናቀቁ በኋላ ለስራ ዝግጁ እንዲሆኑ በማድረግ ስራ አጥነትን ለመቀነስ ያለመ ነው፡፡ ይህ ስልጠና በሚቀጥሉት አራት ዓመታት የሚቀጥል ይሆናል፡፡
